A minor cannot be treated by a doctor without parental consent unless the treatment is required due to a life threatening emergency.

Then the doctor or hospital can treat the minor without parental consent when the minors life is in danger and they need treated to save their life.

If it's just for an ill visit or a regular doctors visit then the minor needs to have the parents consent to see and treat the minor.

Without the parental consent to see or treat the minor the minor cannot be seen or treated by the doctor.

The minors parents can fill out a form that is called a permission to treat minor form.

That form then grants the doctor permission to see and treat the minor without having the parent present during the doctors visit or treatment.
