Yes Apple cider vinegar can be used as an antiseptic and has been used as an antiseptic for thousands of years as a natural home remedy for many things.

Apple Cider Vinegar is also a good antibacterial remedy as well and works well at killing bacteria and helps with sore throats as well as many other viruses.

You can use Apple Cider Vinegar as a natural mouthwash as well and it will prevent gum disease and other gum and dental problems.

Apple Cider Vinegar and regular vinegar does kill some germs and other bacteria however it's not a registered antiseptic and does not kill off the dangerous bacteria like staphylococcus.

But for most other bacteria and and germs Apple Cider Vinegar and regular vinegar is a good alternative to cleaning and disinfecting with bleach or other harmful chemicals.
