The Vicuna is a relative of the Llama so a Vicuna and Llama are similar but are different although they are related to each other.

An Alpaca has a much flatter face and tinier snout than a Vicuna or Llama which is the main difference between an Alpaca, Vicuna and Llama.

You can notice the difference between an Alpaca and Vicuna or Llama by looking at the three from the side which is where you'll notice the major difference between them.

The llama and Vicuna are relatives so they can be similar in looks when you're not looking at them too close but they are different animals.
