Credit card and debit card investigations can take between 10 to 30 days to complete and hear back from the credit card or debit card investigation.

However sometimes a credit card or debit card investigation can take up to 60 days but most credit card investigations are completed within 10 to 30 days.

You can contact the credit card company or debit card company and see what is going on and if they've found out anything but I wouldn't contact them until after 30 days to allow them to complete the investigation.

Sometimes they may be busy with even more credit card investigations and not enough manpower to complete the investigations in a short enough time.

I've had a credit card investigation take up to 60 days though before I heard back so you can sometimes expect up to 60 days for a credit card or debit card investigation to be completed.
