Yes smoking does clog your arteries and is very bad for your health so you should avoid smoking cigarettes or if you are smoking cigarettes you should begin quitting smoke now to preserve your health.

Smoking cigarettes is known for the development of atherosclerosis which is the narrowing and clogging of a persons arteries.

When your arteries become narrowed and clogged it reduces your blood supply, and the amount of oxygen available, throughout the body.

That can lead to more serious health problems such as heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and even death.

You may even require oxygen to survive and your health will go downhill and you'll have a poor quality of life after smoking for years.

So quitting smoking cigarettes is the best thing you can do to live a long healthy life.
