You can lose some weight by not eating for 3 days due to your body not consuming any calories and when you're not eating calories your body will start to feed off it's fat.

So within 3 days you might lose 1 lb or maybe 2 lbs but that would be very hard to do and not really safe.

Fasting or not eating for 3 days is okay and can help you lose some weight but you need to really exercise, watch your calorie intake and give it time.

Losing too much weight in too short of time can cause health issues so you should take your time and give it at least a year of weight loss and dieting, fasting etc to see significant results in weight loss.

If you exercise daily, walk, jog, run for 15 to 30 minutes per day or use a treadmill and go on a diet such as the Keto diet or cabbage soup diet then you could lose around 50 to 100 lbs of weight in a year.

Give it time and work slowly on your weight loss to avoid health issues and overtime you'll drop the weight and usually keep the weight off.
