If you have high blood pressure going for a walk can help to lower the blood pressure a bit immediately however to continue to see a decrease in your blood pressure levels you should continue to take daily walks when possible for 15 minutes each walk.

The more you walk the better your blood pressure will be and the better your overall health will be as well.

Walking daily is a good exercise for lowering blood pressure, keeping your heart healthy and keeping you mobile and active.

Walking daily at least 15 minutes per day can add many years to your life and prevent you from developing other disabilities where you would not be able to walk much on your own.

I go for a daily 15 minute walk when possible and as I walk 15 minutes one way I then walk the other 15 minutes back so actually I'm walking 30 minutes per day which is not all that hard to do.

Just take a nice brisk walk and your health will improve as a result.
