High blood pressure can sometimes be cured permanently through radical therapy which is done through zapping the kidneys with radio waves.

However there's no guarantee that the radical therapy can permanently cure everyone's high blood pressure but sometimes it can help.

Other than that there's really no other way of permanently curing your high blood pressure except for being able to manage the high blood pressure through things such as blood pressure medicines, home remedies etc.

Some things you can do at home to lower blood pressure is drink plenty of water, get exercise, manage stress levels and take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar twice per day.

Or you can mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into your glass of water and drink a couple glasses of apple cider vinegar per day.

After taking daily walks of 15 minutes per day and taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per day my blood pressure has been lowered and has stayed low.

Keeping your blood pressure at the right levels helps prevent heart disease, heart attacks and even strokes.
