Seventh Generation disinfectant can kill some types of mold but not all types of mold although it's pretty effective at killing most mold and other viruses as well that cause the flu and cold virus.

You can also use either bleach or some vinegar to kill mold as well.

Add some undiluted vinegar to a spray bottle and spray the mold  with the vinegar and let it sit for an hour or two to allow the mold to be killed by the vinegar.

Then take a scrub brush and scrub the mold away and I would recommend wearing rubber gloves as well as a face mask to avoid breathing in the mold that could come off the surface as you're scrubbing it.

If you're using bleach to kill the mold you should open windows to allow fresh air into the space to avoid becoming overcome with bleach fumes which can be deadly.

I have killed some mold with Seventh Generation Disinfectant so it does work pretty good but for some types of mold it won't work.

If you have mold on your drywall you really should put on gloves, a mask and then just cut out the moldy drywall and replace it with new drywall.

You might have a moisture problem behind the drywall as well that you can and should fix before replacing the drywall.

Or you might have too much humidity in your home allowing the mold growth and using a dehumidifier or using an air conditioner more often in the summer to get rid of the humidity can help prevent mold growth.

While Seventh Generation disinfectants are known for their effectiveness against various germs and bacteria, their primary focus is not on mold removal. To determine whether Seventh Generation disinfectant can effectively kill mold, it's advisable to use a mold detector for accurate results. It's recommended to consider specialized mold removal products or consult professionals with expertise in mold remediation. Mold can be harmful to health and can cause structural damage if left unchecked, so taking the right steps to eliminate it is crucial.
