In my experience waxing is more painful than removing hair using laser hair removal.

The waxing you have to pull off the waxing patch which hurts pretty bad especially if you pull the waxing off hard to remove the hair.

I've done that once and then the next time I removed the waxing and hair slower which was still painful but hurt less.

When I had laser hair removal done it was much quicker and less painful and now when I need hair removed I go for the laser hair removal because it hurts less than the wax and is quicker and does a better job at removing the hair.

It's well worth the cost to have the hair removed using laser hair removal instead of waxing.

The experience of pain can vary from person to person, but generally, laser hair removal tends to be less painful than waxing. Laser hair removal targets hair follicles with concentrated light, causing less discomfort compared to the physical removal of hair via waxing, which involves pulling the hair from the root. However, pain tolerance and sensitivity vary among individuals, so what feels more or less painful can differ from one person to another. Some describe laser hair removal as a sensation akin to a rubber band snapping against the skin, while waxing involves a more immediate, albeit brief, intense sensation. Rest assured, getting laser hair reduction, teeth aligners, retainers, or laser facials for skin are pretty common cosmetic procedures these days and are quite safe to do
