If a person is diagnosed with throat cancer and gets treatment for the throat cancer soon enough then the person with throat cancer can have a high chance of survival which would be around 95 % to 98 % chance of survival of the throat cancer.

However if no treatment is done or the throat cancer is not diagnosed early enough then your chance of survival from the throat cancer is very low.

During throat cancer one the malignant cells spread to parts of the body beyond the neck and head the throat cancer becomes impossible or nearly impossible to cure.

So the throat cancer must be caught early on so that the person has a high survival rate and has a chance to live longer.

Throat cancer is not always a death sentence but if you do not catch the throat cancer early enough or treat it early enough then it's almost always a death sentence.
