Yes if you're traveling the Kansas Turnpike and go through the cash toll booth then yes you can pay by credit card or debit card and be on your way.
I always have paid tolls on interstates and Turnpikes including the Kansas Turnpike through the use of my Credit Card which makes it very convenient instead of dealing with cash.
I just have my credit card at the ready before I get to the toll booth and then pay the toll with the credit card and be on my way.
I used to fumble around with cash which took me longer than just paying with the credit card so the interest I pay on the credit card which is not all that expensive is worth it for the convenience of just paying the toll fee with a credit card.
The fee you pay to go through the toll booth on the Kansas Turnpike depends on the number of axles and the class of vehicle you're driving and traveling through the Turnpike with.
If you're in a car or truck the cost will be cheaper than if you were in an RV or a truck or car pulling a trailer.
