Yes sometimes being stressed out can cause night sweats which is normal and usually when you curb the stress levels then the night sweats will usually go away.

Sometimes medication you take can cause side effects such as night sweats including taking hormone therapy medications that regulate the amount of hormones in your system.

Some people do experience night sweats as a result of those medications and if you do you should speak with your doctor.

To help reduce the night sweats you can try using a fan on you while sleeping and wear light clothes or dress in layers so you can remove them when a hot flash or night sweats come on.

Staying hydrated and running some cool water over your wrists or taking a cool shower can help to reduce the night sweats as well.

Yes it can. Stress is a serious problem for many people. For the modern world this is not surprising. If you also suffer from depression or stress I can recommend to buy and use CBD oil, it can help with this. I usually buy such things from smart cbd company, they offer really good quality.
