Night sweats can be caused by Menopause or even a condition known as Hypoglycemia.

Menopause is a condition that woman go through and causes the woman's body temperature to go up and cause the body to sweat.

The Menopause is a natural decline in a woman's reproductive hormones which usually happens around ages 40 to 50 years old.

Hypoglycemia is a low blood sugar condition and the blood sugar is what gives the body energy and it can too cause night sweats.

Another cause of night sweats that is less common though is cancer called Lymphoma which can cause the night sweats.

You can use a fan on your body at night or add some cool water to your arms or wrists and wear light clothing when sleeping to help with night sweats.

You can also take some over the counter medication that help with your hormones and helps to get rid of the night sweats but if the night sweats constantly occur then it would be a good idea to get checked out by a doctor for possible cancer or other conditions just to be safe.
