Both FedEx and UPS are closed on Sunday so no they do not deliver any packages to your doors on Sunday.
However UPS still usually delivers packages down the interstate and on airplanes to and from their distribution centers on Sunday.
But UPS or FedEx does not deliver packages from the distribution centers to your home or business on Sunday.
So if you haven't had your package delivered by Saturday then your package will be delivered on the following Monday when they open up again and the FedEx drivers and UPS drivers deliver the packages.
I would be nice if FedEx or UPS delivered packages on Sunday but they need a day off as well so no they do not deliver on those days.
However FedEx and UPS do usually deliver on Saturday but not on Sunday.
