Radiator hoses should be replaced every 100,000 miles or 10 years whichever comes first.
Replacing a radiator hose or radiator hoses before they burst or break is the best thing to do because without those radiator hoses your engine will overheat and then lead to engine damage and leaving you stranded on the side of the road.
I personally replace my radiator hoses every 5 years just to be safe even though they can likely last 10 years I just don't want to take the chance of getting broke down on the side of the road or damaging my engine.
New radiator hoses for my car and truck cost around $20.00 to $25.00 each and it's easy and pretty quick to replace them.
I replace the radiator hoses along with the heater hoses on my car and truck every 5 years regardless of miles on the vehicle.
