Your insurance credit score ranges between the numbers of a low of 200 and a high of 997.

The low 200 insurance credit score is the worst and means you'll be likely denied for any other type of insurance other than auto insurance.

And if you do get approved for insurance including the auto insurance then you'll pay a higher premium than other people with higher insurance credit scores.

If your insurance credit score is the highest as in 997 then you can be easily approved and accepted for any type of insurance policy and pay a lower premium.

A good insurance credit score is between 500 to 700 but the higher your insurance credit score the better.

You also need to have a good regular credit score as well to get the best rates on insurance.

The higher your credit score the less of a risk you are to the insurance company and the lower your credit score the higher of a risk you are to the insurance premiums.
