Is 135 over 80 blood pressure high or low?

A blood pressure reading of 135 over 80 is sometimes high but not always.

Usually a normal blood pressure reading for most people is 120 over 80 but even sometimes 135 over 80 or 135 over 85 blood pressure reading can be normal for some people.

However once your blood pressure reading starts going above 135 over 85 then it's getting too high and getting into hypertension and should be lowered.

Adding some cinnamon to tea or coffee can help lower your blood pressure or taking a walk around the block is good for your health and can help lower the blood pressure reading.

If your blood pressure stays at around 135 over 80 and doesn't go up more than that then it's probably normal for you but I would check with the doctor just to be sure because people are different.

My blood pressure gets to 135 over 80 and 135 over 85 sometimes and my doctor said it was normal for me but if it got over that reading then it was getting too high.

However some people do have a higher blood pressure than others which can be normal.

135 over 80 blood pressure is not all that high but if your blood pressure is normally below that then you could be experiencing high blood pressure.
