Does being out in the cold weather actually cause one to get sick?
How does cold weather cause you to get sick and get a cold if it does?

That's an old belief that cold weather causes one to get sick and a cold. But in reality going out in the cold has nothing to do with you getting a cold.

The cold weather can cause hypothermia though if you're out in it too long.

But just being out in cold weather doesn't give us a cold. The cold is caused by a virus inside of your body.
