In my experience the Speakman S-2252 shower head is the best high pressure shower head that I've found.
It puts out more pressure for a more pleasurable and better shower than any other shower head I've bought.
A few other good high pressure shower heads that also have great reviews are the Spark Pod high pressure shower head from Amazon and the Waterpik SM-421 which is a cheaper higher pressure shower head but has great reviews as well.
The high pressure shower heads Speakman S-2005-HB and the Speakman S-2251 which has Eight Jets – 48 Adjustable settings also have great reviews.
