When you have antique plates on your vehicle you're usually limited to driving the vehicle up to 250 miles away from your home.
You can drive the vehicle with the antique plates to and from car shows, to go get repairs etc and even go out for pleasure driving.
In most states you can drive the car or vehicle with antique plates as many miles as you want too as long as you remain within 250 miles of your residence where the vehicle is registered at.
If you take the vehicle further than 250 miles then the car or vehicle must be trailer pulled or tow dolly hauled but you can drive the vehicle as much as you want too.
