Yes Lakes Park is dog friendly and you can bring your dog to Lakes Park with you to walk around the park.
Your dog must be accompanied by an adult at all times and remain on a leash when walking the dog so you cannot let the dog go free without a leash and there must be an adult present with the dog as well.
Although dogs are allowed to be in the Lakes Park with an adult and on a leash the dogs are not allowed in certain areas of the Lakes Park such as playgrounds, ballfields, dugouts, bleachers, ponds, lakes, swimming pools, indoor buildings, water parks or any other place on the park where food is handled.
There should be signs posted in the areas where the dogs are not permitted in the Lakes Park but for most other areas as long as they're not in the areas of the above mentioned parts of the park the dogs will be welcomed.
