Oil pulling can help prevent cavities and prevent cavities from getting worse but if you have a bad cavity then oil pulling will not be able to fully cure the cavities.

If you have a bad cavity you need to have the dentist install a tooth filling in the tooth cavity as no other home remedy will cure a cavity in your tooth once it gets bad enough.

Oil pulling does help remove bacteria in your mouth which causes cavities and gum disease so by oil pulling every few days or so can help prevent the onset of cavities.

I oil pull with coconut oil every few days and I have not had anymore cavities since doing so.

You take a tablespoon of coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth and pull the coconut oil throughout your teeth by sucking the coconut oil through your teeth.

Keep swishing the coconut oil in your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes to help kill off the bacteria in your teeth.

Then spit the coconut oil out into the toilet as it will not clog the toilet like it could your sink.
