Eating some boiled eggs once in awhile is not bad for cholesterol.
One egg contains around 186 mg of cholesterol so when eaten in moderation the boiled eggs or any type of cooked eggs are okay to eat when you have high cholesterol.
It's generally considered safe to eat up to 6 to 7 eggs per day when you have high cholesterol but I would eat no more than 2 eggs per day even if they're boiled eggs if you have high cholesterol.
Egg whites are even better when you have high cholesterol but you can eat regular eggs or any part of the egg when you have high cholesterol and be just fine.
