A blood test can determine and sometimes detect cancer in your body however to actually confirm that you have cancer and make a proper diagnoses of cancer a needle biopsy or other biopsy is required.

No other tests can confirm you have cancer but the needle biopsy can confirm exactly whether you have cancer or not.

Some other tests can determine whether cancer is present or not but only a biopsy or needle biopsy can confirm for sure that there is cancer.

When you have a needle biopsy the doctor removes a small amount of tissue to examine under a microscope.

The needle biopsy can seem scary but you shouldn't feel any pain during the needle biopsy and it should be over within pretty quick.
