When the weather has low air pressure the low pressure is caused by winds that blow towards the low pressure, and the air rises in the atmosphere where they meet.

When you have low air pressure in weather it's usually a sign of stormy weather.

The low air pressure weather system is a whirling mass of warm, moist air and when you get warm moist air in the weather system you can almost bet 100% that you're gonna be seeing stormy weather soon.

So that's one way of predicting stormy weather is if you notice that the air pressure is changing from high to low as when the air pressure is high it usually brings on some nice good weather but when the air pressure is low in the weather system it almost always brings on bad or stormy weather.

The air surrounding the globe has weight and, as a result, produces pressure on the surface of the earth, on all surrounding objects. This pressure is expressed in millimeters of mercury and depends on the height of the area above sea level and on air temperature. Low atmospheric pressure or a cyclone causes oxygen starvation in the body. According to him, due to lower atmospheric pressure, people can feel apathy and depression. Some may experience headaches, dizziness, nausea and weakness, and palpitations. More info you can find here https://world-weather.info/forecast/usa/dallas_1/
