When the weather has high pressure the high pressure weather usually is a sign of pretty good or fair weather and light winds.
The high pressure weather system is A whirling mass of cool, dry air which is why it brings on pretty good or fair weather as well as the light winds.
On the other hand when the weather has low pressure it's usually a sign of stormy weather since the low air pressure in the weather system is a whirling mass of warm moist air.
So when you have high air pressure in the weather it's usually a good sign of pretty good to nice weather but with light winds and if the air pressure changes to low air pressure then stormy weather is likely to be coming soon.
