Getting your period at age 10 is normal and nothing to worry about and in fact sometimes a girl may get her period as early as age 8 although that is a rare thing to happen.
Most girls normally get there period by age 12 or 13 but if a girl gets her period at age 10 then it's fine as well.
There's really no set age that a girl gets her period as every girl is different.
Most girls normally get their periods between the ages of 12 and 13 however some girls may not get their period until around 15 or 16 years of age.
If you're 10 years old or you have a daughter or sister that is 10 years old and she's bleeding from her period place then it's likely just a normal period.
If you're worried though the 10 year old can see a doctor but having a period at age 10 or even 11 is perfectly normal.
