When you weigh yourself with clothes and shoes or get weighed with clothes and shoes the clothing and shoes you're wearing weighs around 2 lbs to 2.5 lbs.

You could weigh yourself without the clothes and shoes at home and then weigh yourself again with your clothes and shoes on to get the difference in weight.

But when I weighed myself without clothes I weighed 2 lbs less than I did with my clothes and shoes on.

So deduct at least 2 lbs of weight when weighing yourself with clothes and shoes on but you can get a more accurate weight reading by weighing yourself completely naked.

It depends on the material used for the clothes. As for me, I like the heavy cotton tees like those from https://www.gotapparel.com/p-457-gildan-50-50-midweight-pullover-hoody.aspx and they are heavier than other t-shirts, but it is also better for you I guess
