Any liquids that go through airport security must be frozen so you likely could take a bottle of soda onto the plane if it was frozen and stays frozen.
But most soda bottles are larger than 3.4 ounces so you would not be able to bring those sodas onto the plane and you certainly cannot take frozen canned soda onto the plane because when you freeze soda cans the cans can and do explode.
So you should not even try to take soda onto the plane because they'll likely have you throw it out if you want to board the airplane.
I've brought bottled water on the plane though and never had a problem but you can always try to freeze a bottle of soda and bring it on the plane.
