Is it unethical to see two therapists at once?

You certainly can see two therapists at once if you want too and you do not have to tell your other therapist you're doing so.

It's not unethical to see two or more therapists at one time if you want too and can afford to see both therapists.

It's all up to you if you need to or want to see two therapists.

I went and seen two different therapists and didn't tell either of my therapists that I was seeing another one and it actually helped me better going to two different therapists at the same time.

So if you feel like you need to see two different therapists then you can do so if you wish.

There's certainly nothing wrong with seeing more than one therapist at the same time.
