Yes cottage cheese is the perfect food for weight loss since cottage cheese is low in calories while high in protein content.

Cottage cheese will keep you feeling full while lessening the need to eat more foods which increase your calorie intake.

I lost a lot of weight when I exercised and ate some cottage cheese and I also did the cabbage soup diet as well where I ate some cabbage soup because the cabbage soup is also low in calories while keeping your stomach full.

I ate both cabbage soup and a bit of cottage cheese along with it when losing weight and I lost quite a bit of weight over the year of going on the diet.

Cottage cheese and cabbage soup is also very healthy for you as well.

Cottage cheese does help with weight loss but you must also exercise regularly to help burn off calories.
