Is it better to eat carbs in the morning or at night?

It's better to eat the carbs during the morning after you get up as carbs are what gives our bodies energy to keep moving and working.

Eating carbs at night may actually keep you awake and prevent you from sleeping because the carbs increase your energy level.

When you don't eat carbs your body uses your bodies fat to give you energy so I would always eat the carbs in the morning instead of at night.

If you don't eat enough carbohydrates in the day then you lose your energy levels so by eating the carbohydrates in the daytime or in the morning you give your body more energy which it needs to get through the day.

Also eating carbs in the evening or at night can actually be worse for you because you don't need the energy at night when you're sleeping.

In the morning your body is raring to go and should soon burn up the glucose released from the carbs so it's best to consume carbs in the morning when you wake up.
