If you can work a job then use some time on the internet to search for jobs and apply for them. It can't hurt to apply and you just might get a reply back and land a job if you just keep pushing.
To take a break from the computer you can do things as simple as taking a walk around your town even if you have nothing better to do.
When I'm feeling tired and bored of using the internet I shut the computer off and just take a walk around outside. The exercise is great for your health and it's nice to get outside.
Try doing some other hobbies, gardening, woodwork, write a book if you're good at it.
If you're on the internet a lot anyway you can also earn some money online by doing freelance work for others.
Or if you're good at writing content you can start a blog and overtime you can monetize your website with Adsense and earn some money with your blog. And if you're lucky you could even earn a living with Adsense.
But that takes lots of hard work and takes time to achieve.
