Most people including myself grind teeth due to stress and anxiety which causes you to grind your teeth during the night.

Although some people may grind their teeth during the daytime as well and if you do then it's likely caused by the stress or the anxiety.

So by avoiding stress and working on your anxiety as much as possible you can usually stop the grinding of the teeth.

Grinding of the teeth is also sometimes caused by an abnormal bite or missing or crooked teeth so you might want to see a dentist about the teeth grinding.

I would also recommend wearing a mouth guard for teeth grinding at night to avoid damage to your teeth.

Because grinding your teeth can damage your teeth and crack the teeth eventually.

Mouth Guards when worn during the night really do help protect your teeth and prevent the grinding of the teeth during the night.
