Yes some men's bathrooms do have changing tables to change your baby.
I know the Walmart stores I've been in have baby changing tables for men to change their babies diapers which is a good thing because men change babies diapers too and not just women.
Not all places have baby changing tables in the men's restrooms though but if they have it in the women's restroom then they should also have baby changing tables in the men's restrooms as well.
Mcdonald's also has the baby changing tables in the men's restrooms but I'm not sure of other places.
Most places nowadays do have changing tables in men's restrooms though.
