When you're looking to rent an apartment or house most rental companies or even individual people renting out apartments or houses look for a credit score of at least 620 or higher.
However some rental companies and people may rent you an apartment with a lower score although they may require a cosigner to cosign the rental agreement with you to rent the apartment to you.
People with a lower than 620 credit score are usually considered high risk when it comes to renting as it can usually indicate a bad tenant or a tenant that may be always later on rental payments or may not be able to make the rental payments on time or at all sometimes.
