Adding a tablespoon of cinnamon to your drink or coffee is usually enough to lower your blood pressure but it can take up to 40 days of using the cinnamon daily to see a good decrease in your blood pressure.
But if you keep adding a tablespoon of cinnamon to coffee or tea or sprinkle some cinnamon onto some food then you can see a good decrease in blood pressure within 40 days but you should begin noticing a drop in blood pressure a day or two after using the cinnamon.
