Cinnamon can and does help lower your blood pressure when you suffer from high blood pressure or need to get your blood pressure to go down when it gets high.
You can add cinnamon to some baked goods or sprinkle it onto some other foods that it would go good with.
Or mix a bit of cinnamon into some coffee which is what I do sometimes when my blood pressure is high.
The cinnamon adds a good flavor to the coffee as well so it makes for a great cup of coffee when you add a spoonful of cinnamon to the coffee.
I've also added some cinnamon too some tea as well and it also tasted good.
