Since baby wipes and face wipes are just moist and not full of liquid then they're usually not considered to be a liquid at most airports.

All the airports I've been too considered the face wipes and baby wipes as a solid and it didn't count towards my liquids.

You can easily transport the face wipes or wet wipes in carry-on baggage or in checked baggage but I always kept some wet wipes and face wipes in my carry on luggage to wipe my own face and hands as well as my kids face and hands.
