The paparazzi began in the 1960's when a guy named Elio Sorci candidly captured some of the most iconic celebrities of the 1960's.
He then exposed the affair between Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor.
So the paparazzi has been around for many years and in my opinion though the paparazzi should be illegal because celebrities do have a right to privacy like everyone else.
They go too far sometimes when taking pictures and then gossiping about those celebrities.
