Yes you can poop in a macerator toilet and use the macerator toilet just like you use your regular toilet.
The macerator toilet has a pulverize mechanism in it that pulverizes the poop and other waste and then it pumps the waste and poop up a pipe and sends it out to your normal sewage pipe or septic tank to be disposed of.
So the macerator toilet is just like your regular toilet except it has a pump and pulverize device to destroy the poop and waste before it gets rid of it.
So after you flush the poop or pee down the macerator toilet it then goes into the macerator tank and then the pulverize device comes on and then destroys the poop and waste to make it small enough to send easily through the pipe and then the pump comes on.
The pump then pushes that waste out of the tank and into your sewage system.
