If you're having trouble sleeping and want to try some essential oils for sleeping then I would recommend either the Roman Chamomile essential oils or the Lavender Essential Oils.
Both those types of essential oils have helped me get to sleep naturally when I suffer from insomnia.
I will add some of the essential oils to an essential oil diffuser and allow the essential oils to disperse throughout the night while I'm asleep.
I also sniff a bit of the essential oils before drifting off to sleep and as another benefit the sniffing of the essential oils helps to improve your memory too.
So you get better memory as well as helping you get to sleep.
