It can feel like food is stuck in your chest but it's not really possible for food to actually get into and stuck inside your chest.
The food stays in the windpipe or in your throat and cannot go into your chest.
However you can get food stuck in the esophagus which is why it sometimes feels like the food is stuck in your chest when in reality it's only likely stuck in your esophagus.
You can help dislodge food stuck in your throat or esophagus by drinking some Coca Cola or other carbonated beverages.
But if the food is causing you to choke you need to get help or perform the Heimlich Maneuver on yourself or have someone perform it on you.
