If you're having trouble making your monthly mortgage payments then you might have to find a short term loan to cover the mortgage payment until you can get some money to pay the next loan.
You might also need to sell something such as an extra car, etc or some stuff you do not need anymore or can part with to make your mortgage payment.
You can usually go 3 to 5 months without paying your mortgage payments before you get foreclosed on but speak with the bank to see what your options are.
Sometimes you might just have to move out of the home and find a cheaper place to live if you can't afford your monthly mortgage payment.
You can sometimes get assistance and get another mortgage for low income people through HUD housing which can help you get a home and own the home eventually while on low income.
Try to do something to get out of the low income situation if possible such as start a blog, start a youtube channel and monetize it and make some extra income that way.
