Some 3 month old babies can go through the night and sleep through the night without needing a feeding.
But some babies at 3 months old may still require a middle of the night feeding and when the baby does get hungry at night they'll usually cry and wake you up to alert you that they need a feeding.
Still it would be a good idea to wake the baby up and try and give them a bottle in the middle of the night just to make sure they're okay and not hungry.
My son at 3 months would sometimes be hungry at night and other nights he would sleep just fine though the night without needing a feeding.
Some 3 month old babies can go through the night without a feeding while other 3 month old babies may need a feeding during the night and they'll usually let you know.
