When you have a baby your breasts normally swell up and have milk in them as well to feed the baby after birth.

So your breasts may continue to stay swollen for up to 6 months to a year after giving birth to your baby.

Sometimes your breasts will return to normal size after the breast milk is no longer being produced and sometimes the breasts may actually get larger.

But once the breast milk is no longer being produced for the baby then your breasts should return to normal size within the 6 months to a year.

The swelling part should at least go away but sometimes your breasts may still be large which is normal.

My breasts swelling started going away after 6 months however they didn't completely return to normal size after pregnancy which was okay as well.
