Red Dyed Kerosene and Clear Kerosene are both Kerosene.

However Red Kerosene is clear Kerosene that has a dye put in it to be sold as fuel for diesel vehicles such as large Semis.

Some Semis can use Red Kerosene as fuel and the dye is put in to allow the red dyed kerosene to be taxed like regular diesel fuel is.

Clear Kerosene is sold as heating fuel or lamp fuel and is not road taxed like the red Kerosene is.

Red Kerosene burns more dirty in heating appliances and Kerosene Heaters than the clear Kerosene does.

You can use red Kerosene in a Kerosene Heater however you'll pay more for it and pay a road tax on it plus it will be a bit dirtier than clear Kerosene.
