Peanut Butter is safe for dogs in moderation but giving them too much can upset their stomach and cause digestive issues.
It can also become sticky in their mouth too.
It's recommended to give only 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter per day to a small dog and 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to a larger dog.
The peanut butter in moderation is healthy for the dog and can give them protein.
But make sure the peanut butter you feed your dog does not contain any xylitol which is a sugar substitute for candy, peanut butters and many other things.
The xylitol is safe for humans but very toxic to dogs and can be fatal.
