When you have your license suspended it's usually very impossible to get an auto insurance policy of a vehicle with your license being suspended.
You can have someone else insure the vehicle in their name if they have a drivers license but if you have no one else with a drivers license then it can be very hard to get a car insurance policy without a current drivers license.
However you might find an auto insurance company that insures high risk drivers and they might insure your vehicle with your suspended drivers license.
But still even then it's not a guarantee and usually you'll have to wait until you get your drivers license reinstated before you get your vehicle insured again.
